Meet Jim

My name is Jim Snyder, and I have been facilitating this program since 2017, helping hundreds of candidates successfully achieve their goal of becoming licensed Sales Agents.

My professional journey began with six years of service in the United States Air Force, where I developed the discipline, leadership, and technical foundation that would guide my career for decades to come. 

Following my military service, I joined IBM as a Field Engineer servicing computer systems. I quickly advanced into leadership positions and spent the next 20 years serving in a variety of senior management and staff roles.

I later joined Sun Microsystems, where I continued in senior leadership and management positions for another 10 years. During my career in the technology industry, I earned multiple professional certifications in Information Technology management, including ITIL Master and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, along with several others.

After my corporate career, I founded my own business as an Executive Business Coach, Speaker, Writer, and Trainer. I am also certified as a Consulting Hypnotist and Trainer with the National Guild of Hypnotists. 

Although I consider myself officially 'retired', I remain active in coaching, training, hypnosis, and professional development.
